Try Ace Virtual Shooting worry-free! If for some reason you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange your handset or holster within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs and Ace Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled anytime via the account portal.

Ship the hardware no later than 15 days after the Delivery Date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Before shipping, email your tracking number to support@acexr.com and let us know whether you are requesting a return or exchange so we can prepare.

Place our Handset Returns & Exchange Shipment Form and your hardware in the original or similar protective packaging.

Refunds are processed after we receive your hardware in like-new condition with the completed form. Processing takes about 7 business days after receipt.

We do not accept returns for the Meta Quest headset. Please contact support@acexr.com for Meta Quest return guidance.
