Ace Return Policy

Try Ace Virtual Shooting worry-free! We are sure you will love Ace. If for some reason you do not, you can return your handset or holster within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the hardware. Shipping costs and Ace Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled anytime via the account portal on our website.

Ship the hardware no later than 15 days after the Delivery Date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Ship your hardware return package to the following address:

Place our Handset Returns - Shipment Form and your hardware in the original or similar protective packaging.

We will refund your hardware purchase after we receive your hardware in like-new condition and the completed Handset Returns - Shipment Form. Processing takes about 7 business days after the hardware is received.

We do not accept returns for the Meta Quest headset. Please reach out to us at support@acexr.com on how to return your Meta Quest headset.
