Try Ace Virtual Shooting worry-free! We are sure you will love Ace. If for some reason you do not, you can return your handset or holster within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Ace Memberships and Shipping costs are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled anytime via the account portal on our website.

Ship the hardware no later than 15 days after the Delivery Date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Domestic Orders can request a pre-paid return label for a fee of $10.

Place our Hardware Return Request Form and your hardware in the original or similar protective packaging.

We will refund your hardware purchase after we receive your hardware in like-new condition and the completed Hardware Return Request Form. Processing takes about 7 business days from receipt.
